The U.S Embassy funded SEED show designers are set to style guests for the 2017 ASFA

ASFA's partnership with the prestigious SEED SHOW grows by the minute. SEED show is a U.S embassy funded platform created for young Ugandan fashion designers to harness their craft and blossom into world-class fashion designers. A few weeks back, the ASFA kick started the fashion takeover campaign at a fashion seminar for the SEED show designers. It was conducted by ASFA C.E.O Brian Ahumuza, who achieved the seminar's goal by enriching the young minds with important fashion industry tips. This was followed by Brian judging at the 2017 SEED show finale which concluded at Kampala Fashion week.

SEED SHOW designers are now working hand-in-hand with ASFA to invent illustrative and marvellous gowns for Ugandan fashion enthusiasts to slay at the 2017 ASFA red carpet. The vision for these gowns is to have them original and authentic to Uganda's culture and not copycat pieces from the western world. These designers are guided by the renowned Ugandan fashion designer, Ras Kasozi who has designed dresses for celebrities like Sheilah Gashumba, Malaika Nnyanzi etc. These designers are clearly under the best guidance with a tutor that is very passionate about Uganda's fashion.
