Alecool is a UK based designer who has been nominated in the category of designer of the year in the Abryanz Style and Fashion Awards. Meet Alex Alecool, a Ugandan fashion designer living and working in the UK. He describes his personal style as “high end with a touch of street style cred”. “My style choices are inspired by art because I’ve an artistic background,” he says. As a designer, Alex is inspired by art and the African environment.  “If you look at most of my fashion work, I use a lot of black fabrics and finish with colourful art on the garments. Africa is a black and beautiful continent,” he shares.
